I also really enjoy discovering a new place by its writing and Tamil is very unfamiliar to me. There are some very unique movie posters hanging all over Chennai. Note how the men all have mustaches, still very in vogue here in this part of India! Tamil Nadu movies have very big productions as they play in India, Sri Lanka and the Gulf countries (where as many Indians work). What we know as Bollywood in Bombay for the Hindi movies has its equivalent called Tollywood in Tamil Nadu!
